Horrible delivery service to UK! Horrible delivery service to UK!! Unacceptable, they must not have sorted Brexit out yet. Simple order of some tennis shoes and bag, all in stock. Delivery took almost 10 days, not as specified on purchase. The delivery window was all day long! Nobody has this on UK delivery anymore…there is a window.
I have no issue with Tennis-point but… I have no issue with Tennis-point but the carriers they choose let them down on my first order. My first order was delayed, in fact, lost I had to contact Tennis-point as tracking indicated it was in the UK and ready to be delivered but retained that status for a number of days.

2) Tennis-Point sent the item damaged to the Customers 3) Customers send the item back and ask for refund as it’s not their fault that the racket was damaged. 4) Tennis-Point refund only for the racket amount and hold the remaining 30£ (ish) from each customer. I just send an additional email asking to escalate my complaint.
I bought a tennis racket from Tennis-point and after using it only a couple of weeks, the racket started making a rattling noise. I returned it and Tennis-point gave me a new one, no questions asked. Great service. Online customer service lacks initiative and it took too long to get the ball rolling, but overall customer experience was good.
Borderline fraud - it turns out Tennis Point have requested UPS to "intercept" return of the goods which (as explained to me by UPS) means they have asked that the goods be kept in the UK and not returned back to the seller. And for as long as they are not returned, I do not get a refund.
Jeg bestilte tennisbolde fra Tennis-Point.dk med leveringstid på 2-3 dage. Da der var gået 7 dage emailede jeg firmaet og bad dem aflyse ordren. Ingen svar. Jeg sendte endnu en email. Ingen svar. Efter 12+ dage sendte de ordren. I mellemtiden havde jeg købt bolde et andet sted og fået dem leveret. Frustrerende...
