U9, U10 – Maximum recommended soccer goal size is 6’6″ x 18’6″ U11, U12 – Maximum recommended soccer goal size is 7′ x 21′ U13 and up – Maximum recommended soccer goal size is 8′ x 24′
A full size soccer net is 24 feet (7.3 m) by 8 feet (2.43 m). The webbing can come in two thicknesses, 0.098 inch (2.5 mm) or 0.137 inch (3.5 mm), the thicker being more durable and long-lasting. Usually, the soccer net is the same size as the soccer goal itself. Soccer nets are not obligatory according to FIFA rules.
For children playing in the under 6, under 7 and under 8 divisions, United States Youth Soccer recommends a goal with a width measurement of 18 feet. The recommended height is 6 feet, which is measured from the ground to the bottom of the crossbar. Smaller goals are allowed, just not recommended. U10 and U12 Divisions

Other Goals. Goals used for youth or indoor soccer are not the same size as a standard soccer goal. Youth soccer goals are typically between 6.5 and 7 feet tall and 16.5 to 21 feet wide. An official indoor soccer goal is 6 feet 6 inches tall and 12 feet wide.
